A high level of communication and collaboration across functions and regions is key to succeed in this role - ultimately this role will support EMEA and North American region, therefore worktime flexibility is required.General Tasks:Provide first-line support for issues relating to Salesforce.Com and integrated systems - connect with IT specialists where required to drive issue resolutionHandle ad hoc report & dashboard requestsCoordinate and execute ongoing data maintenance and clean-up activitiesRunning UAT for any new features / bug fixes, preparing and conducting end-user trainingWebshop specific:Support EMEA and NA region to implement the new webshop with UAT / Training and data cleanup activitiesContribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training and ongoing usability improvement initiativesResponsible for supervising and automating activities related to on/ offboarding and maintenance of customer accountsRunning constant clean-up and maintenance activities, connecting with responsible teams to ensure e.G. product data availability for introducing new products or marketing for aligning on special campaignsGenerate E-Commerce KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities and improvement areasRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a similar fieldGood knowledge and experience in Salesforce.Com is required, ideally experience with SAP - SD/OTCEnjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving analyticallyGood data analysis skillsCreative Mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needsA motivated self-starter who thrives on prioritization and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
