The Role As aSalesforce Administrator, your primary responsibilities include the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the company's Salesforce platform.
You will also be tasked with creating and developing new objects, flows, and functionalities to support business needs and ensure optimal platform performance.
Who We Are Looking For: Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including:Creation and maintenance of objects, products, business rules, flows, and automations in Salesforce.Administration and configuration of Salesforce products, including roles, profiles, permissions, user management, data structures, and Lightning components.Analysis and evaluation of improvement requests for the Salesforce environment.Providing user training and preparing training materials.Creating and maintaining Salesforce objects, products, and data structures.Technical Knowledge: Expertise in APEX, Tableau, and Marketing Cloud.Programming experience using VSCode and GIT (Desirable)Desirable Experience: Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably SAGE.Experience in the Tourism, Hospitality, Events, or Entertainment sectors.Experience working in multinational companies operating in various markets with differing labor and financial regulations.Education and Certifications: University degree or higher education in Informatics or related fields.Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder.Advanced Salesforce Administrator (Desirable)Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration: Manage the administrative aspects of the company's Salesforce products.Configure and maintain roles, profiles, workflows, rules, and users for Salesforce.Perform data maintenance, including data loading and extraction.Create and maintain dashboards, reports, new objects, products, and business rules based on departmental requests.User Services: Provide direct support to users across various markets.Manage Salesforce licenses and escalate issues when necessary.Prepare and deliver training materials, conducting user training sessions to ensure smooth platform usage.Innovation: Improve the usability of user interfaces.Propose enhancements to the tools' implementation and usage.Why should you join us?
