At PayFit we understand that you can gain applicable skills through a variety of life experiences and we are interested in knowing them, too.**Our Salesforce**:We are currently using Sales and Service clouds and have 650 active Salesforce users. All working in different departments for 3 different countries (France, Spain and UK).**About the role**:You will be in charge of continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and designing scalable best practice solutions. In other words, you will:- Work with our stakeholders to refine business needs, challenge implementation and define ETAs alongside with the Product Manager.- Design, develop, test and maintain business automations with qualitative UX for maximum usage, reliability and scalability.- Collaborate with team members throughout rituals such as stand-up meetings, poker plannings and much more.- Participate actively in defining setup and deployment process best practices to better support our growing user base and scale accordingly.- Take part of the maintenance management, occasionally helping our Support team to deal with issues/bugs raised by our internal customers.**This role is for you if**:- You have strong Salesforce product knowledge and 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales and/or Service cloud.- You already managed critical Salesforce projects, with a high level of autonomy in the prioritisation process.- You can understand both current setup and business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement.- You are organised and rigorous following best practices regarding setup quality, clean architecture, testing...- You have excellent communication skills and you are able to translate technical information into non-technical terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact (PROS/CONS).- You are fluent in English.**It is a plus if**:- You have experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a B2B SaaS business but not limited to.- You have knowledge on Apex code.- You have 1+ Salesforce certification.- You had another experience prior to a Salesforce Administrator position in a Ops department or similar.- You speak French.If you think you would be a good fit even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we would love to hear from you!**Your future team**:You will be part of the Business Tech Solutions team composed by PMs, Salesforce Business Engineers, Full Stack Developers and a Support team. Our mission is to translate business needs into technical solutions that aim to deliver business value. We are closely working with diverse stakeholders from Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Product departments. Which makes our scope quite impactful, diverse and interesting.**Hiring process**1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (30-45 min)2. Next step will be a meeting with the Engineering Director with whom you will touch more technical topics of your experience (30 min)3. You will go through a Business case with one of our Salesforce Admin team (1,5 hr)4.
