What is the job?
We are looking for a passionate Trailblazer (aka Salesforce Administrator) to join our IT team supporting our International Markets function.
As Salesforce Administrator, you will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
About you: You will have excellent technical and communication skills and will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.
What will a normal day look like? Production Support Own and manage Salesforce Production Support Queues on Salesforce and ServiceNow. Coordinate across multiple support teams if the incident relates to non-Salesforce components. Reach out to vendor support if necessary. Maintain service level agreements and high customer satisfaction scores. Monitor integration points to ensure inbound and outbound messages are being received and sent correctly. Monitor the shared inbox which receives platform error messages and resolving issues identified. Maintain documentation of known problems and solutions. Create and maintain reports using Salesforce Reports and Dashboards. Assist with sandbox and certificate management. Platform Health Proactively monitor platform health with Salesforce and other tools. Proactively monitor data health, creating and running monitoring reports to identify data quality, consistency, and integrity issues. Diagnose root cause and work with the business leads to resolve via training or fixes. Carry out security compliance activities. Proactively identify areas for improvement. Ideally you will have experience in: Providing 2nd and 3rd line support of Salesforce Service Cloud (Lightning). Diagnosing issues from error codes, logging, debugging in process builder, workflows, apex, objects, FLS, etc. Analyzing problems to enable effectively triaging problems and providing resolutions. Prioritizing workload and assisting where needed without direction. High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task. Salesforce Administrator Certification. Understanding of databases (SQL, Entity Relationships etc.)
is desirable. Knowledge of Unix and ETL tools and concept. Experience in creating accurate reports and analyzing data to maintain quality. About Cigna Cigna Corporation exists to improve lives.
