Reporting to: Field Force Capability Manager Duty Post: Central/North Luzon Application Duration: This job posting will remain open until the vacancy is filled. The person in this role will build and run training programs for the field team. They'll work closely with the Field Force Capability Manager, marketing and sales leaders, P&C (People & Culture), and other teams to improve project effectiveness and efficiency. They'll also set up ways to evaluate how well the training works and keep track of its success. Additionally, they'll help with digital tools and automation for sales processes and support the FFCM in planning and implementing strategies for process improvements and skill development. As the Field Force Capability Specialist in the area of Central/North Luzon, you will: Develop training contents tailored to the needs of the specific area of responsibility. Deliver training programs aligned with the strategic company directions. Collaborate with the sales, field marketing, RTM, and other departments in creating projects related to operational efficiencies, route management, and improvements. Collaborate with P&C and Sales Management Team to cascade important communications and projects to the field force related to new projects and directions. Provide support in terms of creation and development of digital contents aiming to enhance processes and support sales growth. Periodically assess field force competencies and identify training needs. Good-to-haves: Preferably with 3 years of experience in a supervisory or specialist position in sales/training. Experience working for an FMCG company is a plus though other industry experiences are welcome. Must-haves: Bachelor's Degree (any course) or equivalent experience. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and data reporting. Experienced in training facilitation (both classroom and virtual). Demonstrates strong comprehension of sales processes and standard methodologies for evaluating training needs analysis (TNA). Experienced in developing appropriate programs and implementing sales force trainings. Excellent presentation and project management skills. Knowledgeable in video editing/digital platforms for creation of training programs (E.G. Canva). Enjoys a fast pace, dynamic, ambitious, and team-oriented work environment.
