That's why we need a Project Manager, Commercial, Learning & Development like you.What your responsibilities will beDesign and implement strategy and training plans aligned with the Business.Assess training needs for new and existing employees aligned with the regional/country managers.Proactively identify initiatives to upskill and reskill the commercial teams.Develop, implement, conduct, measure and follow up comprehensive training solutions for Grifols Biopharma (affiliates and distributors) about products and sales and marketing skills.Design and develop learning materials using different methodologies and tools to ensure the appropriate knowledge of participants.Ensure constant update of training materials.Develop educational content aligned with Medical Affairs and Marketing.Coordinate and conduct onboarding trainings.Deliver training for sales and marketing teams.Implement training process and evaluation procedures, KPIs and measure results to ensure training effectiveness.Track training results and manage reporting on training outcomes.Provide feedback to program participants and management.Responsible for the development of the technologies/platforms/tools upon the Commercial Learning & Development departmentEvaluate and make recommendations on new technologies.Ensure constant update of new technologies and methodologies.Manage existing platform and learning tools.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
