Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
- Maximize each customer's experience by suggesting the right footwear and apparel.
- Share knowledge and enthusiasm about our products.
- Stock, organize, and clean the store.
- Work both front and back of the store as needed.

Purpose of Role The Sales Associate helps achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPI).
This position reports to the store manager and performs routine functions to support store operations.
The Sales Associate assumes the responsibilities of the inventory specialist in their absence.
