Our Sales and Sales Operations teams are on the frontline introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.
About the RoleAs a Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for creating processes, coaching sales and leading large negotiations to deliver a big impact on the restaurant selection on Uber Eats.
We are looking for someone who is ready to get going quickly and knows where the best restaurants are, is passionate about food, and enjoys building great partnerships.
What You'll DoHelp the Territory Lead & City Managers define a clear, achievable sales strategy that will get the territory to success.Manage a team of several Sales Representatives that will report directly to you.Coach your team in different teams to help them achieve the best results.Manage large negotiations.Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projects in order to help our restaurants' partners reach new goals.Creating and redesigning processes while aligning several stakeholders to ensure UberEats can move quickly and succeed at a large scale.Liaise with central teams to push the necessary workstreams needed in order to reach overall targets.Create team reports, analyze metrics and seek improvement areas.Own the restaurant selection for all eaters to choose from the best restaurants available.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.At least 5 years of professional experience with proven experience in sales or managing large accounts.Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.Experience in proactively growing customer relationships and in demonstrating understanding of a customer's business and needs.Commercial proficiency: Having a great sense for spotting business opportunities and are able to transform these opportunities into actual results.Analytical mindset: you are comfortable working with numbers to drive insights and are excellent at making data-driven decisions.
