Re:work is excited to partner with a leading global tech company to help them find a Sales Talent Acquisition Partner for their Barcelona HQ. This is an incredible opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on recruiting top-tier Sales talent across Europe. In this newly created position, you'll play a key role in scaling their Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Sales Executive teams, ensuring a seamless, candidate-centric hiring experience while driving innovation in recruitment strategies. The position is based in Barcelona, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite) to foster strong team collaboration and engagement. What You'll be Doing Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage end-to-end hiring processes for SDR and Sales Executive roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Stakeholder Collaboration : Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide data-driven insights to align recruitment efforts with business goals. Proactive Sourcing : Identify top talent using creative and innovative sourcing strategies—actively engaging candidates rather than waiting for applications. Data-Driven Decisions : Use recruitment metrics to assess processes, track performance, and recommend improvements. Training and Guidance : Support hiring managers with effective interview techniques and best practices to maintain a consistent, high-quality hiring process. Team Collaboration : Work closely with a distributed Talent Acquisition team across Europe and the U.S., contributing to a culture of trust and autonomy. What We're Looking For Proven experience in high-volume sales recruitment, ideally for SDR and sales executive roles. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and challenge effectively. Passion for sourcing and a proactive approach to engaging top talent. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging recruitment data to improve processes. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken). Team player with a collaborative and target-driven approach to recruitment challenges. Ready to make an impact?
