Right now we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for our Business Development Department who wants to support us in our fight against industry monotony.The Sales Support Specialist provides critical administrative and operational support to the business development team, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating various tasks related to commercial activities, managing documentation, and acting as a liaison between the business development team and other departments to support business and sales efforts. The Sales Support Specialist reports to the Chief Business Development Officer.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Business Development team with the preparation and processing of clients, contracts, and proposals ensuring smooth transition between department processesTrack the progress of activities, ensuring timely completionAct as the point of contact for legal and integration inquiries, quickly providing information to ensure delivery moves quicklyWork with the product and marketing teams to ensure updated communication materials for the business development teamEnter and update new client information in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and currentEnter regular sales information in the CRM system to keep stakeholders informed and to track metrics and pipeline statusFacilitate the submission of the contract and integration request forms for the Business Development departmentOrganise and manage logistics for sales events, trade shows, and client visitsConduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support the strategyQualifications2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service roleStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliar with CRM and reporting methodologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAttention to detail and accuracy in managing documentationProblem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyFluent in English, both verbally and writtenOther InformationPlacement: Malaga Province, SpainDesired Start: September 2024 or soonerAbout UsRAW is a new studio with a conviction to create something that stands out in the sea of sameness.
