Your role and responsibilitiesGive a technical and commercial solution to customer needs.Analyze technical needs from customer perspective, found internally best solution in product portfolio and create a quotation.Participate in all Sales Support team process, supporting internally the team or other teams in some actions.Have a good commitment to ensure that inquiries are resolved and provide assistance in any necessary escalation.Work with the leaders and all team to detect improvement areas in order to work in more efficient way and reduce manual tasks.
