Contact the factory (for information on scope, availability, and options) and/or local suppliers when necessary. Facilitate the operations of the sales team (generate real-time information and take action as needed, quickly and professionally, to support the work of the Technical Sales Delegates). Execute the order process (register, invoice, and deliver sold products in a timely manner, as well as issue credit notes if necessary). Create records in the IT system for new machines. Handle the material return process to factories. Follow up on customer complaints and interact with various stakeholders to ensure resolution. Profile Professional experience in similar roles. Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and address needs proactively. Ensuring accuracy in information, processes, and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication to convey information clearly and professionally; good knowledge of English and Portuguese will be an asset.
