.OVERVIEW: Position: Sales Support (m/w/d) Location: Sevilla, Spain Job Type: Part-Time Role - 20h/week Working as Part-Time Sales Support (m/w/d) , you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced challenging environment. This is an entry-level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our branch located in Sevilla, Spain. The Part-Time Sales Support (m/w/d) is a key role in Fastenal's sales team, providing administrative and operational support to the branch and its customers. The role is responsible for handling orders, inventory, deliveries, returns, and customer service inquiries, as well as assisting the sales staff with sales and marketing activities. The Sales Support (m/w/d) works closely with the branch manager, the sales representatives, and the warehouse personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow and a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist & drive sales in industrial distribution to achieve sales goals and targets. Develop strong relationships and networking with existing/prospective customers. Plan visits to customers to provide a high level of customer service. Assist the sales staff with sales and marketing activities, such as generating leads, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and participating in trade shows and events. Provide customer service and support, answer phone calls and emails, and respond to customer inquiries and requests. Process customer orders and quotes, verify pricing and availability, and follow up on order status and delivery confirmation. Maintain inventory accuracy and availability, perform cycle counts, replenish stock, and report any discrepancies or issues. Coordinate deliveries and pickups, load and unload trucks, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Handle customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, process credit memos and invoices, and resolve any customer complaints or issues. Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards. REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: A strong aptitude for Sales and a desire to sell.
