Integrated solutions include real-time advice and assistance, training, equipment, and professional services for crew and passengers both in and beyond the cabin.The Sales Support Executive will provide administrative and client-facing support to the sales and account management team.Key Responsibilities :Managing equipment order process and proactively contacting clients to ensure on-time resupplies.Providing first line support to clients in regard to equipment orders and enquiries.Encouraging client use of e-commerce solution and providing support to users.Item orders, membership and new business order processing.Accurate recording of client contractual documents.Assisting with the operational on-boarding of new clients, including updating Operational and Billing procedures.Providing first line support and troubleshooting for the Client Membership App and Portal.Supporting client account receivables collections.Marketing event coordination and support.OEM support to drive utilisation through educating them on MedAire services.CRM (Salesforce) champion, reviewing reports and analysis to help drive best practice within the team.Participating in client review meetings and presenting on client specific activity and utilisation with Business Development Manager / Account Manager.Providing out-of-office support to the team.Ensuring compliance with all GDP practices in line with licenses held.Ad hoc queries and requests.Qualification :College or University graduate.Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously.Strong individual that can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results.Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm.Additional Information :Based in Mallorca.
