We are currently looking for a Sales Support Data Analyst to join us at our facility in Asturias.
ResponsibilitiesAnalytics and reporting support for the Commercial Incentive Compensation Plan across EMEA.Standardization, automation, and simplification of existing Sales Analysis Reporting.Maintain and develop KPI Dashboards based on local business needs (DAX, Tableau).Experience designing Sales Analysis reports in Tableau, Power BI, SAP BW.ERP Master Data standardization.Proactively identify areas for improvement in pricing processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements.Optimized management information systems to guarantee accessible, adequate, and reliable information.Business Support (Management, Credit, Cash Applications, AP, Finance, etc.).Develops and drives knowledge sharing and process improvement.Support Handling Internal and External Audits.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years in a Sales or Financial Analyst Role.Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.Superior problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills & excellent interpersonal skills are a must.Experience working in an international environment.Strong Microsoft Office skills, strong knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse, and Analytic tools and languages Tableau, Power BI, Power Pivot, DAX.Focused, organized, results-oriented, decision maker and self-motivated individual.Language: English and Spanish Business Proficiency (verbal and written).High drive for excellence and continuous improvement, winner's mentality.'Hands-on' in financial and analytical practices.Networking; ability to effectively work with a wide variety of organizations and people.Flexibility to get rapidly adjusted to new situations in a continuously changing environment.Our Company: Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
