Your mission: In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal implementation of the Sales strategies in the Away from Home (AFH) Channel. You will work closely with Sales, Analytics, and Marketing Teams to create catchy store layouts and uphold the brand's standards. You will be in charge of ensuring the right supply of materials like samples and advertisements to customers and suppliers for PepsiCo Events. Lastly, your ability to collaborate, organize, prioritize, and execute will directly impact our Brand's visibility, sales, and customer experience.
Your Day to day with Us: Manage equipment and products, timings, and quantities to ensure the right supply to the Customers. Responsible for collecting new customer data and including it in the PepsiCo System. Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to share insights, challenges, and successes of the initiatives implemented. Run ad-hoc analysis with comprehensive information such as Volumes, Net Revenue, Performance Vs Target, etc. Responsible for the Scorecards development, refresh, and delivery per channel and/or client. Promote the "zero touch" automation of the Scorecards for live data visualization (Power BI). Support the Key Account Manager with data to develop winning negotiation strategies with the customers. What will you need to succeed?: Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Economics or similar. High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Advanced analytical skills and high attention to detail. Well organized, able to prioritize and handle competing priorities in order to respect deadlines. Great team player able to build strong relationships with Business Partners from different channels. Effective in communication – clear, concise, and effective. Comfortable speaking in front of a wider audience. Can-do attitude, high proactivity, and responsiveness – adaptable to a continuously changing environment. Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
