Job Qualification: Graduate of 4 years of college in Business, Communications, or Marketing Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply 6 months to over a year of experience in sales Proficient in MS Office Tools, Canva, and other presentation tools Competitive Attitude Strong conversational and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation skills HYBRID (working from home and onsite) Job Description: Build and grow the company's distributor network Achieve growth and hit monthly and annual sales targets Responsible for area sales development, communicating with KBH for activities, events, and training Effectively build, grow, and manage the direct sales network in the assigned area by coaching, mentoring, and monitoring the distributors' performance Conduct regular field visits to business centers for account monitoring and audit purposes Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing sustainable partnership programs Prepare and present accurate and timely sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts and projections to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
