It can rely on the proximity to its markets and clients, while leveraging the deep expertise and footprint of GEM and ENGIE globally.Role:The Sales Strategy Manager will lead the commercial strategy for the energy supply business of ENGIE in Iberia and drive its execution, focusing on client acquisition, contract negotiation, provision of hedging solutions and revenue growth.
This role requires expertise in energy markets, particularly in power and gas supply activity, and a proven ability to manage both a team of sales individuals and the relationships with key external clients / internal stakeholders.This role will oversee a team of sales professionals, interact daily with our customers and work closely with other departments of ENGIE GEMS, including energy management, trading and operations, to ensure the delivery of optimal gas and power solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Leadership:Develop and implement the sales strategy to drive business growth in energy supply, with a particular focus on green power and the Spanish market.Build budget figures, define collective and individual objectives, and monitor their progress
