Role Overview Are you ready to be at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing positions in sales? The Sales Specialist role is pivotal to our company's growth journey. As a Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in engaging with prospects, uncovering their business needs, and showcasing the transformative power of Lodgify's vacation rental SaaS solution.
How will you make an impact? Sales Target Mastery: Drive success by hitting sales targets across the EMEA region, managing leads in both French and English.Outbound Calling Expertise: Convert Marketing Qualified leads into satisfied customers through our proven consultative sales methodology.Engage Pre-Qualified Leads: Communicate with pre-qualified leads evaluating Lodgify for their vacation rental business, understanding their unique needs.Strategic Product Positioning: Identify customer requirements and position Lodgify's products and services to exceed those needs.Demonstrate Value: Showcase the exceptional value of Lodgify to their business, generating interest, and resolving any queries.Online Demo Mastery: Create a visual narrative that resonates with potential customers through effective online demos.Sales Closure Excellence: Seal the deal with vacation rental owners who are evaluating Lodgify, turning prospects into delighted customers.Lead Management Guru: Manage upwards of 250 leads per month with finesse.Collaborative Onboarding: Partner with our account management/onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for our new customers.Team Player: Be a key member in the growth and development of our dynamic sales organization.Market Intelligence Maestro: Extract invaluable customer insights and market intelligence to influence product development and marketing strategies.What makes you a great fit? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & French.At least 2 years of previous experience in Sales.Knowledge or experience using Hubspot, Gmail, and Google tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Passion for SaaS solutions in the travel industry.Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment (Startup experience is a plus).Why you'll love us: You'll be part of a growing, dynamic company with a truly international team.
