Area Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of Electrification products within a designated market (Murcia and Albacete), in line with the division strategy.
You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
You will also identify and develop new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is hybrid.
Your main responsibilities include:
Implementing the sales management strategy of the residential-tertiary channel in the area, including the defined KPIs.Taking charge of clients in the area (Murcia, Albacete, and Alicante).Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.Collaborating with the residential-tertiary Manager to establish annual sales objectives in this segment.Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.Collaborating directly with the product and marketing team. Qualifications for the role: 2-3 years of experience in sales.A technical engineering degree or FP in electricity.Knowledge of low voltage products and the residential/tertiary installers market.Wholesalers market knowledge is also valuable.Knowledge of Office, SF, SAP, etc.A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.Current driver's license in Spain.
