Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will drive a superior customer experience by representing and promoting the most efficient and sustainable motor solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
Accountable for sales of NEMA Motors (MONM) in the commercial organization of Motors in Spain, in line with the division strategy.Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable growth in orders, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.Building enduring customer relationships through proactive excellent service to develop new sales opportunities.Selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the NEMA Motors division.Using knowledge of customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing activities.Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective sales and marketing activities with cross-divisional activities if needed.Monitoring sales activities and performance.Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.Providing regular reports of the area sales activities.Qualifications for the roleOver 5 years of sales skills and competencies in new technologies.Good understanding of market trends.Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or any equivalent qualification.Solid knowledge in Industrial Motors/Drives solution.Experience in mechanical or electrical installations.Fluent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English required.Possess enhanced knowledge of Office 365 platform, Sales Force, SAP.Current driving license valid in Spain and work permit.
