Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Electrification products within a designated market (Murcia and Albacete), in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification business (Niessen) in Murcia. You will be mainly accountable for:
Implementing the sales management strategy of the residential-tertiary channel in the area, including the defined KPIs.Taking charge of clients in your area (Murcia, Albacete, and Alicante).Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.In collaboration with the residential-tertiary Manager, establishing annual sales objectives in this segment.Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.Collaborating directly with the product and marketing team.You will join a dynamic and talented team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the Role2-3 years of experience in sales.A technical engineering degree or FP in electricity.Knowledge of low voltage products and the residential/tertiary installers market.Wholesalers market knowledge is also valuable.Knowledge of Office, SF, SAP, etc.A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.Current driver license in Spain.What's in it for you?Enjoy a supportive and solution-driven team environment.
