.**This position is based in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Spain or Italy (remote). The firm's physically based renderer, V-Ray, has been honored with both an Academy Award and an Engineering Emmy for its role in the widespread adoption of ray-traced rendering in motion pictures and television.In 2022, Chaos merged with Enscape, a leading provider of real-time rendering and design workflow technology for the AEC industry. Enscape offers innovative solutions that connect directly into modeling software, integrating design and visualization workflows seamlessly into one. Together, the newly combined company is creating an end-to-end ecosystem of 3D visualization tools accessible to everyone.We are now looking for a Sales Specialist - License Compliance who will be responsible for identifying and qualifying compliance opportunities and developing, leading, and driving the strategy to resolve compliance issues. This role combines business strategy, execution coordination, and operational direct and indirect sales. The Sales Specialist - License Compliance proactively works with multiple stakeholders to grow the LC revenue stream across the assigned markets.What You Will Do:As a Sales Specialist in License Compliance, you will play a crucial role in our anti-piracy efforts, focusing on identifying, engaging, and converting non-compliant software users into legitimate customers. Your work will directly contribute to Chaos' revenue and customer base expansion by:Identify and Research Potential Compliance Opportunities: Utilize various intelligence and data analytics tools to uncover non-compliant software use. Researching while building compliance cases is a key skill that is required to do the job right, enabling precise targeting of potential non-compliant users with informed insights.Engage and Educate: Reach out to potential infringers to inform them about the risks of non-compliance and the benefits of using licensed software, turning a potentially negative interaction into a positive customer experience.Pipeline Development and Sales Execution: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of compliance opportunities, focusing primarily on new customer acquisition and leveraging these opportunities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.Collaborative Strategy and Execution: Work closely with the regional sales teams, legal and other internal departments, and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective license compliance strategies.Compliance Review Management: Oversee the end-to-end license compliance review process, including coordination with third-party auditors and internal teams as necessary
