We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in PVC Compound. In this role, you will manage key sales functions, including trading, customer relationship management, and market analysis. You will also represent the company at industry conferences and coordinate sales activities across global operations.

Functions Handle trading tasks (purchasing & selling) of PVC Compound according to company business plans. Identify and pursue new customers, while maintaining relationships with existing ones in the polymer industry. Analyze market trends to develop suitable sales channels and pricing strategies for business development. Attend industry conferences domestically and internationally to stay updated on trends and establish new business connections. Coordinate with internal departments for contract preparation, shipment logistics, and sales projects. Monitor and report sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Manage the debt collection system to ensure a low level of outstanding debt. Requirements Minimum education : Graduated from top universities in Vietnam or abroad (e.g., Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, RMIT, etc.). Specialized qualifications : Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Experience : 5–10 years of relevant experience in PVC Compounding sales. Language proficiency : Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages like French, Portuguese, Chinese, or Spanish are advantageous. Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong time and task management. Benefits Work schedule : Full-time, onsite.
