In this role, you will assist us by executing sales and administrative tasks. The goal is for our Business Sales Manager and Country Manager to reach new prospects 100%. We are looking for someone who can help us build and improve customer relationships and develop, implement, and supervise some of our sales-related internal procedures. Your areas of responsibilities: Communication with the current hospital customer portfolio. Elaboration of documentation – customer notifications, customer reports, offer proposals, etc. Developing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes. Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts. Collaborating with other departments to identify business goals. Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends. Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency. Implementing and managing CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships. Providing comprehensive office support, including managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation setup. Fuel for your success in the role We are looking for an organized, structured, proactive person who is ready to face challenges related to the operational-sales development of a business. We need someone easy-going, willing to execute a wide range of assignments, and capable of transmitting their organizational skills through the unit. We imagine that you have: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of CRM Systems. Analytical skills – strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights. Knowledge related to PowerBI will be positively evaluated. Around 2 to 3 years of working experience in sales or office support within the pharmaceutical sector. High level of Spanish & English - corporate language.
