They provide deep expertise in a Service Line and work with the Client Leadership Team to close new and expansion opportunities on accounts. They are actively involved in growing the service line's footprint and working with the Account team to engage clients with opportunities. SLS are trusted advisors with a good mix of strategic and tactical management experience. Your Key Responsibilities: The Service Line Specialist will join our service line named Cognizant Infrastructures Services and will focus on:
- Cloud and Infrastructure Services
- AWS Business Group
- Microsoft Business Group
- Google Business Group
- ServiceNow Business Group You will have business development and sales responsibilities including identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities within Cloud & Infrastructures. Here are the detailed responsibilities: Market Leadership:
- Lead and champion Cognizant's Cloud, Infrastructure and Platform offerings in France.
- Collaborate across various Cognizant practices and offerings in AI, Data, IoT and Applications to ensure world-class digital innovation.
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets in the assigned markets and accounts.
- Work closely with Client Partners and overall team to develop and execute client strategy.
- Provide subject matter expertise to proposal development and overall solution. Relationship Management:
- Execute and manage the account plan in collaboration with the account teams.
- Invest time in strengthening existing client relationships. Participate in reviews and provide relevant perspectives.
- Manage Client relationship: engage with CXO, VP and Director level clients. Business Development:
- Respond to and deliver on client requests; respond to RFPs.
- Identify opportunities, make proactive proposals to clients in line with account strategy.
- Obtain appropriate approvals to pursue opportunities.
- Lead pursuits as a pursuit owner to close new and expansion opportunities related to Infrastructures, working closely with Client Leadership Team.
- Engage the relevant internal Cognizant teams and service lines team for developing solutions.
- Participate in key Account management activities for designated accounts including account forecasting, budgeting and operations.
- Create and present account pipeline; QBR presentations and executive status reports
