Responsibilities:Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets.Work closely with our local partners.Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits.Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market.Through the establishment of deep customer relationships, promote customer re-purchase, transfer introduction, to achieve sales growth.Responsible for the establishment of customer information, storage, and classification management.Minimum Requirements:1-3 years' experience in direct sales.MUST HAVE experience in the olive industry.Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.Passion for sales work, diligent and initiative.Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.Local language and fluent English in writing, speaking, listening, and reading.Driving license category B.Advanced Requirements:Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment/related fields.What We Offer:Work remotely with flexible patterns, and the ability to travel up to 70%.Attractive remuneration package.Travel allowance and insurance.Competitive commission bonus at the end of the year.
