Your mission: In this position, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, your field colleagues, and other team members. Your primary responsibilities will include: Preparation and coordination of sales documents for order processing Order processing Documentation in CRM Master data management of customer and contact data Commercial consulting of existing / new customers to TecAlliance products Your qualifications: Successfully completed commercial job education or an equivalent qualification Experience in development of customer relationships - from approach to customer retention Good understanding of relevant finance / tax issues (VAT with and without VAT ID) Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket Fluent knowledge of German, English and Spanish complete your profile Our offer: Participation in the value-oriented culture and digital transformation of TecAlliance: Agile mindset, One Team, Ownership Trust-based working.
