For one of our clients – a BPO company known for its great clients and exciting projects, we're looking for friendly, organized team players for the role of Sales Retention Specialist with Romanian or German.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Be a trusted advisor for customers in the sports sector;Look at player data to spot different user groups by their behaviour, spending, and activity levels;Design and run retention campaigns aimed at specific player groups (like new players, high spenders, or inactive users);Build strong customer relationships through clear and engaging communication;Share feedback to improve how we work;Work as part of a team, helping out whenever needed;Provide great customer service while following company guidelines. Requirements:Great communication and problem-solving skills;Fluency in either Romanian or German, plus English (both spoken and written);Team spirit and a positive attitude;Strong organization and decision-making abilities;Basic computer skills (MS Office knowledge is helpful);Experience in customer service or sales is a must.
