Earnings Potential: Top performers in this role earn six-figure commissions monthly.
Key Responsibilities: Sell coaching products using optimized telesales techniques.
Represent recruitment services for medium-sized businesses.
Market and sell telesales training as a product.
Compensation: Commission Rate: 12% on all sales.
Guaranteed Commission: €1,500/month for the first two months (offset against earned commissions).
