Job Description Primary Job Responsibilities Make sales calls and other activities in order to achieve sales targets in the assigned area; Maintain & build relationships with (new) customers; Make sure all sales activities in accordance with company policies and procedures and in accordance with all applicable laws; Plan & attend meetings; Under the direction of the Country Manager: develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets; Assists with dental surgery procedures in the use of the companies products with customers and dentists within the assigned area, providing guidance in dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup; Ensure collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables from customers in conjunction with Corporate staff; Cultivate new & expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of the companies products; Resolve customer inquiries and complaints; Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new products.
Qualifications Qualifications: Min.
5 yrs experience in similar position in dental/medical devices industry; Dental implants experience/ knowledge min.
2 yrs; Proven track record in sales; Self-starter & motivator with the intrinsic understanding of what it means to work hard; Ability to communicate effectively with dental & medical professionals; Strong analytical & negotiation skills; Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English both written & verbal.
The new Sales Representative Has good knowledge of- & experience in the dental industry with proven track record in sales.
A commercial thinker with the ability to build & maintain good interpersonal relations and a "hands-on" mentality.
A person with interest in the dental market, good technical understanding and the ability to bring sales in the assigned area to a higher level and the candidate has to live in the assigned area.
