Position: Sales Representative with Swiss German
Location: Valencia, Spain

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Take inbound calls from business customers focused on purchase/sales Log all customer contacts in the CRM system Collect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questions Execute and achieve sales quota and targets Identify and qualify prospects Focus on driving profitability through proactive management Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline Review level of client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up on potential business Respond to and solve incoming customer or partner calls Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound Make outbound calls to existing customers when required REQUIREMENTS Proficient or bilingual level of Swiss German with an advanced English level B2B sales experience Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals OFFER Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Indefinido contract Relocation support Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30 Great office location in Valencia Fully paid training about the company and the project you will be working on Career development program and specialized courses
