Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets.
Focus on acquiring new customers and reactivating inactive ones.
Prospect potential clients by building and following structured sales cadences.
Identify and qualify leads within targeted companies.
Drive profitability and foster customer growth.
Make outbound calls to generate new business and schedule meetings for Specialists and Account Managers.
Ask insightful questions to uncover customer needs.
Demonstrate advanced sales skills to connect with new prospects, profile them, and cross-sell or up-sell, ultimately closing deals over the phone.
Maintain a consistent sales funnel.
Track, manage, and report on ongoing sales pipeline activities.
Review client satisfaction levels and escalate any issues when necessary.
Communicate client feedback to relevant teams for potential follow-up on business opportunities.
Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and requests, resolving them efficiently.
Prepare commercial and technical proposals, ensuring they are sound both technically and commercially.
Essential Skills and Experience Advanced proficiency in both English and German, with Swiss German as a significant plus; knowledge of French would be an additional advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Solid background in sales, especially in outbound environments.
Goal-oriented and achievement-driven.
Good computer skills.
At least one year of experience in B2B sales.
Previous experience working with channel partners is a plus.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Adherence to company security protocols.
