DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute and achieve sales quota and targetsFocus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customersProspect new clients by building and following sales cadencesIdentify and qualify prospects in targeted companiesFocus on driving profitability and customer growthOutbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account ManagersAbility to ask the right questions to identify customer needsDemonstrate advanced sales skills to break through in making contact with new prospects, profiling and cross selling and up selling, eventually closing on the phoneCreate an ongoing funnelTrack, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipelineReviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessaryCommunicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up on potential businessTimely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding customer inquiries and requestsPrepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially soundREQUIREMENTS:Advanced level of English and German with Swiss German being a big plus, while additionally, French would be the cherryStrong communication skillsSolid Sales Background (outbound environment)Achievement and goal orientedGood computer skills1 Year Previous experience in Sales B2BPrevious experience working with channel is a plusMotivated and self-starterFollow the security rules of the companyBENEFITS:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceFull-time contractMonday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm incl.Great office location in ValenciaFriends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesOpportunities for a career abroad through the International Mobility ProgramA dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potential
