Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.We are hiring for a Sales Supervisor for the Outbound Calling Sales Team who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Aftermarket Sales Representatives designated across regional clusters.The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective supervision of sales activities, adherence to the sales process, and the implementation of strategies designed to maximize customer engagement and drive sales growth.This position involves hands-on people management, CRM oversight, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:Directly manage 5-10 Aftermarket Sales Representatives, providing daily oversight and supportEnsure each sales representative meets performance metrics, including making a minimum of 20 calls per dayConduct a minimum of two site visits per year to each team member to provide in-person guidance and supportFacilitate ongoing training and development in collaboration with the Sales Operations teamSales Process & Strategy Execution:Supervise and ensure adherence to the sales process as outlined by organizational standardsDevelop, implement, and oversee calling strategies aimed at increasing customer touches and generating sales leadsMonitor and adjust strategies based on performance data and market conditionsCRM Management:Maintain and ensure compliance with CRM systems, including conducting regular opportunity and activity auditsDevelop and manage CRM dashboards to track sales metrics and performance indicatorsEnsure accurate and timely data entry and reporting within the CRM systemPerformance Monitoring:Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) and create action plans to address any performance issuesAnalyze monthly sales forecasts for assigned regions and adjust strategies as needed to meet targetsCoordinate with other departments (e.g., Inside Sales, AM ASEs, FF ASEs, IG Sales Teams) to streamline sales processes and resolve issuesAddress and resolve escalated conflicts, both internal and external, to ensure smooth operationsTravel & Meetings:Travel to Donaldson locations for sales meetings, team support, and alignment activities as requiredConduct site visits for performance assessments and team engagementYour profile:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldProven experience in a sales supervisory role, ideally within an outbound calling environment or a similar sales contextFluent English, other languages would be an asset (the more, the better)Strong commercial and sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving resultsTechnical skills and product knowledge to support team membersProficiency in CRM systems and data analysis, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboardsExceptional leadership, people management, and conflict resolution capabilitiesAbility to thrive in a diverse, multi-regional environment; multilingual skills are advantageousEffective communication skills are critical for interacting with various teams and resolving conflictsDemonstrated ability to embody and apply the ONE DONALDSON mindset in decision-making and team interactionsWhat we can offer you:To join a multinational company, with a positive and multicultural work environmentPermanent contract and flexible work scheduleAttractive compensation package (including meal allowance and telework expenses)Hybrid working model (3 days of remote working per week)Social benefits are offered after one year (health and life insurance, as well as pension plan)
