Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and achieve sales quota and targets Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies Focus on driving profitability and customer growth Outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs Demonstrate advanced sales skills to break through in making contact with new prospects, profiling and cross-selling and up-selling, eventually closing on the phone Create an ongoing funnel Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline Review level of client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up on potential business Timely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding inquiries and requests. Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound REQUIREMENTS: Advanced level of English and German with Swiss German being a big plus; additionally, French would be a bonus.
