Remuneration:Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers.Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences.Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies.Focus on driving profitability and customer growth.Outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers.Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs.Demonstrate advanced sales skills to break through in making contact with new prospects, profiling, and cross-selling and up-selling, eventually closing on the phone.Create an ongoing funnel.Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up on potential business.Timely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding customer inquiries and requests.Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.REQUIREMENTS:Native or fluent in French and Dutch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Strong communication skills.Solid Sales Background (outbound environment).Achievement and goal-oriented.Good computer skills.1 Year Previous experience in Sales B2B.Previous experience working with channels is a plus.Motivated and self-starter.BENEFITS:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance.Full-time contract Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm.Great office location.Full paid training about the company and the project.Career development program and specialized courses.Opportunities for a career abroad through the International Mobility Program.A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach career potential.#LI-YM1
