.We're looking for a Sales Representative with the passion and drive to achieve results. The role is based working from our office, either in the UK (Harrow ) or Spain (Madrid ). You will be responsible for selling Onelog ( in the UK, Europe & Australia.Onelog is a leading electronic resource management solution for the legal sector and is a well-respected solution used by a large and loyal user base. Onelog facilitates and controls access to online subscriptions, helps to reduce costs, increases productivity, provides transparency over resource usage and much more. Our training will provide you with the fundamental sales skills, product knowledge and understanding of our clients that you need to get off to the best start, but you must be self-motivated and be able to independently get to grips with the role. Job Responsibilities: New business development by contacting potential clients across the UK, Europe & Australia and making appointments. Delivering online presentations and product demonstrations of our product. Managing existing clients: Account management, Upselling licenses, Cross-selling additional modules. Utilise the techniques you learn in training to convert warm inbound leads into new customers as well as new business leads that you are expected to generate. Occasional attendance at user group meetings, events and exhibitions. Responding to customer queries promptly including producing offers and quotations. Using our CRM to: Generate quotes, Add and manage new customers, Update notes and actions. General administration. Required Skills and Experience: Have minimum one year's experience in consulting and selling software solutions to the legal industry (highly desirable). Have at least one year product demonstration experience and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service with attention to detail. Be highly experienced in new business development. Have impeccable English - spoken and written. Be fully conversant with solutions sales cycle (including cold calling, appointment making, consultation, demonstration, negotiation and closing). Offer advanced computer proficiency (including MS Windows, Office, including PowerPoint and CRM software). Strong rapport building capabilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a fast-growing organisation. Self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team. Be accustomed to occasional travel to attend exhibitions and visit clients. Successful track record in sales.
