Sales Representative Premium The following position is open in Barcelona, Spain. What makes this a great opportunity? Business Development of a customer park within a given geographical area the Sales Representative is the figure responsible for ensuring the development of our business and brands in the POS for local leader and mainstream customers and also meeting profitability objectives. Role Responsibilities Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face visits to Points of Sale (POS) on a monthly basis for local leaders and every six weeks for mainstream clients. Ensure all clients are visited and routes are appropriately planned. Visit Preparation: Define specific objectives for each visit, focusing on achieving assigned goals related to volume, profitability, and brand development through hospitality agreements, adhering to established criteria for each customer type. Promote relevant brands in line with the company's strategic objectives, considering the mandatory, recommended, and optional product assortments for each client. Agreement Development: Review information from the past two years to inform the preparation of agreements, assessing profitability, past activation successes, and previous actions taken. Conduct monthly follow-ups on agreements, emphasizing order taking for low-turnover products, monitoring activations and visibility, and ensuring compensation aligns with the agreement. Place special emphasis on tracking low-volume referrals and taking orders for references with stock levels below the client's minimum threshold. POS Activation and Support: Identify and evaluate POS for activation in collaboration with the supervisor. Activate POS with the support of the supervisor, ensuring that the level of investment corresponds to the client's value and potential. Introduce the Priority and Recommended Portfolio while maintaining visibility actions and tracking the Price to Value Proposition (PVP) at POS compared to competitors. Coordination: Hold monthly coordination meetings between the HI and HD teams to enhance collaboration. Provide training on brands, tools, and market knowledge, and address any immediate incidents at the POS. Communicate any unresolved incidents, such as invoice errors or unfulfilled orders, to the appropriate department. Market Analysis: Identify and assess current market practices, including pricing, promotions, commercial and distribution models, and competitor actions. Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed of industry trends. Qualifications Valuable University degree in business/strategy/management. Experience in FMCG companies, hospitality industry preferred. Spirits/ Horeca Knowledge. Linkage and knowledge of the premium hospitality sector (Michelin Stars, The World´s Fifty Bars; Top Clubs).
