Position Description:
Implement the Elanco sales strategy and sales plan in order to achieve Elanco's business goals and growth,
Accountable for the attainment of sales objectives in targeted accounts,
Cultivate customer relationships to increase our customer experience through products, people and projects,
Create Demand Realization which contributes to delivering customer value and increasing pet health business and be responsible for the sell out in a defined territory,
Manage Pet Health Accounts and Distribution channel,
Meet agreed quarterly sales targets, by promoting Elanco's presence in identified accounts.
Functions, Duties, Tasks:
Customer Focused Sales Execution and Delivery of Business Results
Drive Pet Health portfolio growth,
Manage key customer accounts in expansion markets,
Lead business development Pet health Accounts,
Ensure Sell out plans in Pet Health Accounts and sell in at distributor level
Implement all the marketing activities on the field,
Monitor, evaluate and act on sales deviations on product or partner level, and develop corrective actions,
Identify opportunities and implement plans to grow Elanco market share in his/her territory,
Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key influencers to promote the Elanco brand and business goals,
Drive Elanco customer value selling skills programs in Pet Health,
Monitor and track business results, adapt approach and strategies as appropriate. Feedback into marketing and other functions for input and support,
Identify and assess customer needs. Uncover customers' solvable problems and opportunities. Incorporate the Elanco product portfolio as part of the solution,
Represent the "voice of the customer" to Elanco management and marketing,
Ensure the collection of correct data to monitor sell in, sell out and stock in trade,
CRM compliance.
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):
Education/Experience:
Education background in Veterinary or Animal Science preferred,
At least 3 years of expertise in vet clinics, pet-food, sales in the Animal Industry or technical veterinarian role,
English high level (spoken & written) and fluent Spanish.

Knowledgeable of sales and/or marketing capabilities and competencies with a focus on understanding customer needs,
Sales performance history: Sales above team average and consistently achieving results.
Other Information:
Located in Aragon preferably, Navarra or La Rioja. Travel required regularly within Spain up to 75%. Flexibility to participate in evening and/or weekend business events,
Driving License.
