We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketers for our healthcare account. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling healthcare services, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients within the healthcare industry to introduce and promote our services.
Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our healthcare offerings to effectively communicate and address client needs and inquiries.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage potential clients to consider and utilize our healthcare solutions.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, documenting relevant information for further follow-up by the sales team.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow provided scripts and guidelines while adapting to different client interactions to ensure consistency and compliance.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, ensuring all relevant information is documented in the system.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
Sales Aptitude: Proven experience or aptitude for sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of healthcare services, terminology, and industry trends is a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various client personalities and adjust communication style accordingly.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Resilience: Resilient and persistent in handling objections and rejections.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
