Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Promotes Novartis' portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant and authorized data, key messages & disease information to the right customer at the right time, to support HCP decision making & optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way.Uses all available data sources and digital tools to build, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.Maintains a deep and current knowledge of industry, TA, competitor and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities.Demonstrate advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and improving customer experience for the benefit of patients.Behave ethically, align with regulatory requirements and adhere to Novartis values and behaviors.The main mission of the role is to promote the ophthalmology portfolio and to boost the launch of the new treatment for retinal damage, with outstanding results in the market.

Minimum RequirementsWhat you'll bring to the role:Scientific Bachelor Degree or relevant education.Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sales.Proven success history in hospital sales.Previous experience working in ophthalmology will be highly valued.Positive attitude, resilience and open minded skills.Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish.Technology savvy.Capacity to work in cross-functional teams: leadership achieving common goals.You'll receive:Company Pension Plan, Life and Accidental Insurance, Meals Allowance or Canteen in the office, Flexible working hours.
