VJ July INDUSTRY AND CAPITAL GOODS FUNCTIONS In this role, based in Madrid, you will report to the Spain Sales Director and manage the region of Madrid and Occidental Andalucia.
You will focus on maximizing sales results with the current portfolio of clients (increasing volumes, prices, range, etc.) and also develop new clients/markets.
Responsibilities Manage and develop the current client portfolio
Increase sales, contribution margin, SKUs, product ranges, and share of wallet of the current clients
Capture new clients
Act as partner of choice with customers, supporting them to identify solutions to their needs through our self-adhesive solutions
Build long-term relationships with accounts
Pivot inside the organization to provide distinctive service levels to our clients
Contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium-term results, tailoring it to the local market
Requisites Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customer accounts
Demonstrated track record of working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.)
Commercial attitude and strong customer orientation
Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop different insights on the market/business
Previous experience in B2B sectors providing service to end consumers (wine industry, cosmetic industry, household and personal care industry & food industry)
Previous experience in self-adhesive labels, packaging industry, printing industry, or any other sector providing service to printers (inks, printers, etc.) would be a real plus
High energy, teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skills
Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
