With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.Main duties and responsibilitiesFrom the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we look for incorporate a Sales Representative. A person with enthusiasm, energy, and a strong leadership.To achieve the set target quantities per customersTo control the process of collecting and providing the customer orders to responsible sitesTo prepare and present to customers detailed price lists and bonus agreementsTo communicate with the customers with normal day-to-day businessTo manage the key and target customersTo communicate and visit customers, regarding claims and send to supplier all required documentation, in order to register it -in K-Soft SalesTo support customers with marketing materialsPresentations and customer trainingsOrganization of fairs and other marketing eventsTo earn new customersTo earn market shareTo analyze the marketTo give ideas to general management for sales policyGathering information about the competitorsTo collect statistics from the official state institutionsTo support developing the productsConstantly observing the market and its changesTo prepare reports, regarding marketTo provide information for sales budget and forecast preparationTo prepare sales analysis, reports and information for the managementTo visit the biggest key and target customers regularlyTo visit potential customersTo be well prepared for every customer visit, following the company rulesTo write a CRM report for each visit within 24 hours after the meeting (CRM01)To write and follow the fulfilment of the tasksTo make efficient customer visit plan for the next 6 weeks and enter it in K-Soft (CRM06).
