This new Greenfield location will help us expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesFrom the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we are looking to incorporate a Sales Representative. A person with enthusiasm, energy, and strong leadership.Achieve set target quantities per customerControl the process of collecting and providing customer orders to responsible sitesPrepare and present detailed price lists and bonus agreements to customersCommunicate with customers regarding day-to-day businessManage key and target customersCommunicate and visit customers regarding claims and send required documentation to suppliersSupport customers with marketing materialsConduct presentations and customer trainingOrganize fairs and other marketing eventsAcquire new customersIncrease market shareAnalyze the marketProvide ideas to general management for sales policyGather information about competitorsCollect statistics from official state institutionsSupport product developmentConstantly observe the market and its changesPrepare market reportsProvide information for sales budget and forecast preparationPrepare sales analysis, reports, and information for managementVisit key and target customers regularlyVisit potential customersBe well prepared for every customer visit, following company rulesWrite a CRM report for each visit within 24 hours after the meeting (CRM01)Follow the fulfilment of the tasksCreate an efficient customer visit plan for the next 6 weeks and enter it in K-Soft (CRM06).
