We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.
Main duties and responsibilities From the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we look for incorporate a Sales Representative. A person with enthusiasm, energy, and a strong leadership.
To achieve the set target quantities per customers
To control the process of collecting and providing the customer orders to responsible sites
To prepare and present to customers detailed price lists and bonus agreements
To communicate with the customers with normal day-to-day business
To manage the key and target customers
To communicate and visit customers, regarding claims and send to supplier all required documentation, in order to register it -in K-Soft Sales
To support customers with marketing materials
Presentations and customer trainings
Organization of fairs and other marketing events
To earn new customers
To earn market share
To analyze the market
To give ideas to general management for sales policy
Gathering information about the competitors
To collect statistics from the official state institutions
To support developing the products
Constantly observing the market and its changes
To prepare reports, regarding market
To provide information for sales budget and forecast preparation
To prepare sales analysis, reports and information for the management
To visit the biggest key and target customers regularly
To visit potential customers
To be well prepared for every customer visit, following the company rules
To write a CRM report for each visit within 24 hours after the meeting (CRM01)
To write and follow the fulfilment of the tasks
To make efficient customer visit plan for the next 6 weeks and enter it in K-Soft (CRM06). Due date: every Thursday
Requirements 5 year of experience as sales person
Fluency in English is a plus
Outstanding communication skills
