Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe. We have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.
We are opening our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa, with an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest around 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
From the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we are looking to incorporate a Sales Representative. A person with enthusiasm, energy, and strong leadership.
Achieve set target quantities per customer
Control the process of collecting and providing customer orders to responsible sites
Prepare and present detailed price lists and bonus agreements to customers
Communicate with customers regarding day-to-day business
Manage key and target customers
Communicate and visit customers regarding claims and send required documentation to suppliers
Support customers with marketing materials
Conduct presentations and customer training
Organize fairs and other marketing events
Acquire new customers
Increase market share
Analyze the market
Provide ideas to general management for sales policy
Gather information about competitors
Collect statistics from official state institutions
Support product development
Constantly observe the market and its changes
Prepare market reports
Provide information for sales budget and forecast preparation
Prepare sales analysis, reports, and information for management
Visit key and target customers regularly
Visit potential customers
Be well prepared for every customer visit, following company rules
Write a CRM report for each visit within 24 hours after the meeting (CRM01)
Follow the fulfilment of the tasks
Create an efficient customer visit plan for the next 6 weeks and enter it in K-Soft (CRM06). Due date: every Thursday
Requirements
5 years of experience as a salesperson
Fluency in English is a plus
Outstanding communication skills
