Key responsibilities Acquisition,retention, support, and training of agricultural producers and distributors inthe assigned areas
Marketprospecting to find potential clients, following management's criteria
Performingloyalty-building tasks and actions to maintain the current client portfolio andkeep business relationships active
Providingtechnical advice and training to producers and distributors on the varietiesoffered by the company
Technical support and trial monitoring
Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in companies within the sector
Commercial experience and skills
High level of English
Basic office software skills (Office suite)
Ideal Requirements
Availability to travel
Ability to work autonomously

Dynamic,open, responsible, and communicative attitude
Experienceand/or skills in technical training
