Job Description We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Junior Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling our debt collection services to companies.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Negotiate sales terms and conditions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and capture strategies.
Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure customer loyalty.
Meet established sales targets and report results to the management team.
Requirements: Academic background in areas such as Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or Finance.
Previous sales experience, preferably in financial services or debt collection (desirable).
Communication skills in English and Portuguese (essential).
Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
