Our opportunity We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative in Chile for the FMCG vertical.
This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
With a strong growth mindset, this role is crucial for continuously achieving our company goals.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, guiding them through the internal process to secure deals.
Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring business objectives are met.
Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Develop a strong understanding of target customers and maintain a comprehensive account base.
Communicate important trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.
Conduct research to understand the territory and establish connections with potential customers.
Analyze competitive and industry trends to attract new customers to the company.
Ensure CRM tools are consistently updated and maintained with high-quality information.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in similar roles Experience in logistics desirable Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade or similar English: Intermediate + Proactive Strong communication skills Negotiation skills Strategic thinking and influence CRM management Strong growth mindset Knowledge of the following sectors is a plus: FMCG, lifestyle, Retail.
